So the date of my Marathon is set to May 1st 2016. There is no going back anymore!

8km fast run (P.S very pretty tough after having a flu)
First Week – Day 7
14km Slow Pace Long Run – went very well
First Week Food
Trying Whole Foods Vegan diet (part of 30 day Vegan Challenge), so feel very light, a lot of energy.
- Beans with veggies and rice
- Almond Rice Oatmeal with chia seeds
- Kale Chips
- Mushroom Burger
- Peanut Butter and Home Made Maramalade
