So the date of my Marathon is set to May 1st 2016. There is no going back anymore!

First Week Food

Trying Whole Foods Vegan diet (part of 30 day Vegan Challenge), so feel very light, a lot of energy.

Example meals:

  • Beans with veggies and rice
  • Almond Rice Oatmeal with chia seeds
  • Kale Chips
  • Mushroom Burger
  • Peanut Butter and Home Made Maramalade
